These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at https://legendaryworld.com (the "Website") operated by Legendary World Travel ("Legendary World," "we," "us," or "our"), a luxury travel agency with a corporate and mailing address at 1517 N. Wilmot Rd. Suite 321, Tucson, AZ 85712, United States, and an office at 3315 E Russell Rd Suite A4-415, Las Vegas, NV 89120, United States (Seller of Travel NST #: 2003-0373).
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Website. If you access the Website on behalf of a group or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
In these Terms, "you" and "your" refer to the individual or entity using the Website. "Services" means travel advisory and booking services, including cruises, hosted journeys, custom vacations, tours, shore excursions, and hotel and resort arrangements we may provide. Website content about cruise lines, tour operators, destinations, itineraries, and offers is provided for general information and inspiration; pricing and availability are subject to change and are not a binding offer until confirmed in a separate written quote, invoice, or booking agreement accepted by you and Legendary World.
Travel Bookings and Payments
Travel arrangements are subject to availability, supplier terms, and the specific conditions in your booking documents, including deposit requirements, final payment dates, cancellation and refund policies, travel insurance requirements, and any applicable fees or government taxes. As a travel agency, we act as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers such as cruise lines, tour operators, airlines, hotels, and resorts; your booking is also subject to each supplier's own terms and conditions. You are responsible for reviewing and accepting those conditions before confirming travel. Failure to pay on time or to provide required traveler information may result in cancellation of reservations and forfeiture of payments as set out in your booking documents.
Traveler Responsibilities
You are responsible for valid identification, passports or visas where applicable, health requirements, and travel insurance appropriate for your itinerary. For international travel, your passport should generally be valid for at least six months beyond your return date. You must follow instructions from cruise and tour staff, transportation operators, venue staff, and authorities. Legendary World is not responsible for denial of boarding or entry, missed connections, or costs arising from incomplete documentation or failure to meet health or entry requirements.
Travel Risks
Cruise, tour, and independent travel by ship, air, motorcoach, rail, or other means involves inherent risks, including weather, sea conditions, itinerary and schedule changes, walking on uneven terrain, and supplier availability. By using our Services or traveling on arrangements we book, you acknowledge these risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that Legendary World is not liable for risks inherent in travel, or for the acts, omissions, or default of independent travel suppliers, beyond our obligations as your travel advisor.
Fraud and Scam Awareness
Travel-related scams may attempt to impersonate travel suppliers or agencies. Always feel free to contact your professional travel advisor at Legendary World to verify any request before making a payment or responding to a call or email you are unsure about. We will not be responsible for losses arising from communications or payments made to third parties who are not authorized representatives of Legendary World.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Legendary World and its licensors own all content on the Website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, newsletters, and layout. All rights are reserved. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use subject to these Terms. You must not republish, sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute Website content without our prior written permission.
User Submissions
If the Website allows quote requests, contact form messages, reviews, or other submissions, you grant Legendary World a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with our business. You represent that your submissions do not infringe third-party rights and are not unlawful, defamatory, or invasive of privacy. We may remove submissions at our discretion and are not obligated to monitor all user content.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Legendary World and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Website or reliance on Website content.
