These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at https://www.traveldestinationsinc.com and related digital experiences, including our mobile travel app (collectively, the "Website"), operated by Travel Destinations Inc & Its Family of Agencies ("Travel Destinations," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 3014 N. Hayden Road, Ste. 115, Scottsdale, AZ 85251, United States.
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Website. If you access the Website on behalf of a group or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
In these Terms, "you" and "your" refer to the individual or entity using the Website. "Services" means travel advisory and booking services we and our affiliated advisors may provide, including cruises, river cruising, vacations, hotels and resorts, shore excursions, land tours, group travel, and related arrangements. Website content about destinations, itineraries, cruise lines, hotels, and offers is provided for general information and inspiration; pricing and availability are subject to change and are not a binding offer until confirmed in a separate written quote, invoice, or booking agreement accepted by you and Travel Destinations or the applicable advisor.
Travel Bookings and Payments
Travel arrangements are subject to availability, supplier terms, and the specific conditions in your booking documents, including deposit requirements, final payment dates, cancellation and refund policies, travel insurance options, and any applicable fees or government taxes. As a travel agency and host agency, we and our affiliated advisors act as intermediaries between you and travel suppliers such as cruise lines, tour operators, airlines, hotels, and resorts; your booking is also subject to each supplier's own terms and conditions. You are responsible for reviewing and accepting those conditions before confirming travel. Failure to pay on time or to provide required traveler information may result in cancellation of reservations and forfeiture of payments as set out in your booking documents.
Traveler Responsibilities
You are responsible for valid identification, passports or visas where applicable, health requirements, and travel insurance appropriate for your itinerary. For international travel, passport validity requirements vary by destination; check your booking materials and apply for documents early. You must follow instructions from cruise and tour staff, transportation operators, venue staff, and authorities. Travel Destinations is not responsible for denial of boarding or entry, missed connections, or costs arising from incomplete documentation or failure to meet health or entry requirements.
Travel Risks
Cruise, vacation, and independent travel by ship, air, motorcoach, rail, or other means involves inherent risks, including weather, sea conditions, itinerary and schedule changes, walking on uneven terrain, and supplier availability. By using our Services or traveling on arrangements we or our advisors book, you acknowledge these risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that Travel Destinations is not liable for risks inherent in travel, or for the acts, omissions, or default of independent travel suppliers, beyond our obligations as your travel advisor.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Travel Destinations and its licensors own all content on the Website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, magazines, and layout. All rights are reserved. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use subject to these Terms. You must not republish, sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute Website content without our prior written permission.
User Submissions
If the Website or app allows quote requests, contact form messages, reviews, sweepstakes entries, or other submissions, you grant Travel Destinations a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with our business. You represent that your submissions do not infringe third-party rights and are not unlawful, defamatory, or invasive of privacy. We may remove submissions at our discretion and are not obligated to monitor all user content.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to: use the Website for unlawful purposes; attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data; interfere with Website operation; scrape or harvest data without permission; impersonate others; transmit malware; or use the Website to send unsolicited commercial messages.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Travel Destinations and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliated advisors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Website or reliance on Website content. Our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the Website (excluding claims governed by a signed booking agreement) will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100) or the amount you paid us for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim, whichever is greater.
