These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at https://orwest.com (the "Website") operated by OregonWest Excursions ("OregonWest," "we," "us," or "our"), an Oregon-based escorted group tour operator located at 2031 Hawthorn St Suite C, Forest Grove, OR 97116, United States.
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Website. If you access the Website on behalf of a travel group or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
In these Terms, "you" and "your" refer to the individual or entity using the Website. "Services" means escorted group tours, including domestic coach tours, Pacific Northwest excursions, wine country tours, and international itineraries we may provide. Website content about destinations, itineraries, and tour experiences is provided for general information and inspiration; it is not a binding offer until confirmed in a separate written quote, proposal, or booking agreement accepted by you and OregonWest.
Travel Bookings and Payments
Tour arrangements are subject to availability, supplier terms, and the specific conditions in your booking documents, including deposit requirements, final payment dates, cancellation and refund policies, travel insurance requirements, and any applicable fees. You are responsible for reviewing and accepting those conditions before confirming travel. Failure to pay on time or to provide required traveler information may result in cancellation of reservations and forfeiture of payments as set out in your booking documents.
Traveler Responsibilities
You are responsible for valid identification, passports or visas where applicable, health requirements, and travel insurance appropriate for your itinerary. For international tours, your passport should be valid for at least six months beyond your return date. You must follow instructions from tour directors, motorcoach operators, venue staff, and authorities. OregonWest is not responsible for denial of entry, missed connections, or costs arising from incomplete documentation or failure to meet health or entry requirements.
Group Travel Risks
Escorted group travel by motorcoach, air, or other means involves inherent risks, including weather, traffic, scheduling changes, walking on uneven terrain, and venue availability. Tour activity levels vary by itinerary. By using our Services or traveling on tours we arrange, you acknowledge these risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that OregonWest is not liable for risks inherent in group travel beyond our obligations in your booking agreement.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, OregonWest and its licensors own all content on the Website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, itineraries, and layout. All rights are reserved. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use subject to these Terms. You must not republish, sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute Website content without our prior written permission.
User Submissions
If the Website allows comments, reviews, contact form messages, or other submissions, you grant OregonWest a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with our business. You represent that your submissions do not infringe third-party rights and are not unlawful, defamatory, or invasive of privacy. We may remove submissions at our discretion and are not obligated to monitor all user content.
